General Shipping Information
USPS and UPS are our primary shipping couriers. Our shipping charges are based on the overall weight of your order, not per item. Therefore, the rates may seem expensive for orders with few items, but more reasonable for orders with multiple items. Some online vendors charge per item. So, $5 for a single item may seem cheap, but $25 for 5 items is excessive. We try to match our rates as closely as possible to the actual rates we're charged.
Most orders will ship on the same business day or the next business day. There are always exceptions, and we make no promises to have orders shipped by the next business day. Please read the process time for each item for details. Some items may cause your entire order to be delayed.

USPS Priority Mail
This is our most popular shipping option. Priority Mail is fast and reliable. Rates are especially good for small packages and residential addresses. Can be expensive for larger packages.

- Saturday deliveries (very beneficial)
- No extra charges for residential addresses
- Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Greatly improved tracking
This is our second most popular shipping option. UPS Ground is very reliable. Rates are good for larger packages and commercial addresses. Can be expensive for small packages and residential addresses.

- Higher rates for residential addresses
- Surcharges for delivery to less populated or accessible locations
PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes (or APO/FPO/DPO addresses). In such cases, please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method. Otherwise, your shipping charges may be adjusted to reflect USPS rates. The transit times listed below do not apply to APO/FPO/DPO shipments. In such cases, please expect much longer transit times.
Upon shipment, you should receive a shipment notification email, including tracking numbers. Use the links below to track packages. Please note that it may take several hours before tracking information is available.
Cowhill Express Return Policy
This is the return policy for retail items purchased on our website. This is not the return policy for wholesale customers.
If the reason for return is an error on our part, we will replace the items or give you a full refund. This includes shipping charges. We will arrange for a courier, such as UPS, to pick up the original items.
If there is no error on our part, you can still return most unopened items within 30 days of your order's ship date. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for getting the items back to us in good condition. Upon receiving the returned items, we will provide a refund.
